Matt: That being said, I reworded it to use more common English phrases and take some assumptions where it would clarify the meaning.

Matt: If you're looking for lyrics to sing the song in English, my translation takes none of the musical phrasing/timing into account. Reword it as you please, since your source material is open for interpretation.

Matt: A large portion of Supercar's lyrics are vague (missing/implied subject), and I translate them literally for the most part. My Japanese friends were confused with these songs too. Though, "Lucky" is one of the more straightforward songs.
